In these last years Cantalupi Group became a milestone for competencies in LED Lighting. 4C Innovation makes the most of this heritage by applying it to technical products belonging to the product families it deals with.
Throughout the entire production process, 4C Innovation stands out for its compliance with the most rigorous quality parameters, so that products and services are designed and manufactured to exceed customer expectations. Each stage of the production process follows a routine control procedure that deals with both quality and product verification. In these terms, each product leaving 4C Innovation is duly inspected and tested; this implies a minimum number of returns and maximum efficiency. Product quality and safety tests comply with international standards ISO9001:2015.
The new collection of underwater lights by 4C Innovation, designed to obtain the best lighting performance and ensure maximum boat safety even at night, is inspired by three cornerstones: first-rate lighting performance, flexibility in lighting system setup and agility in terms of maintenance, which means extending the life of the product and keeping it in top condition for longer.
The high quality standards of 4C INNOVATION navigation lights are recognised through the MED Certification for vessels over 50 metres. Not only that: the built-in control system is also certified. The tests included in the certifications are: EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility), EMI (Electromagnetic Interference), IR (Insulation Resistance), IP68 (International Protection Degree), Electromagnetic Compatibility Test, Environmental Test Report. 4C Innovation is also ISO9001 certified, thus guaranteeing production quality control.
The finishing process is carried out with intermediate treatments suited to sanitate the material with mechanical and chemical procedures or by the use of selected painting products as to ensure hardness and resistance during time. The entire process is independent from any outsourcing and it is controlled by 4C Innovation.
The technical assistance focuses on particular needs and priorities identified on board. 4C Innovation and its team of professionals provide customer support for maintenance, assistance and qualified technical advice.
