In the design and manufacture of the ATENA lighting fixtures LUX pays particular attention to the needs of human being. The importance of finding a balance between the functionality of devices and aesthetic beauty leads to the creation of solutions that integrate technical aspects with human and emotional ones.

Atena Lux manufactures a wide range of light fittings for recessed, suspended and surface installation, each one available in a large variety of louvers, diffusers and wirings suitable for administrative buildings, offices, shopping centers, industrial environments, warehouses, airports, culture locations, big public areas and general infrastructures.

ATENA LUX also has a complete range of specific lighting fittings for operating theatres and clean rooms. In collaboration with ATENA SPA, leader in Italy in the production of false metal ceilings, according to specific project exigency the company is able to provide a complete system that integrate lighting and false ceiling. The lighting fittings of TAURUS family are developed to achieve a perfect technical and aesthetic integration between lighting and metal ceiling. These false ceilings are suitable for ceilings construction where ensuring stability between the plenum and the environment below is a need, assuring the maintenance of the environmental conditions required within the operating theatres and cleanrooms. This system is certified for airtightness, resistance to chemical corrosion, micro-particle purity. The panels and lighting fittings, made of steel sheet and aluminum, are also treated with a special antimicrobial coating to help maintaining high hygiene standard in all sanitary rooms.

Smart lighting systems have been developed to reproduce in a natural way the succession of the day-night rhythm and therefore the succession of hours in indoor work environments, in particular in offices and medical environments (hospitals, nursing homes).

In order to successfully realize Human Centric Lighting projects the lighting system has to mimic the natural light of the Sun reproducing several different colour temperatures and lighting intensities in order to create a natural environment that satisfy the human biological cycle.

The line of luminaires LUX ET VINUM is dedicated to the wine sector: the lamps incorporate specific amber-colored LEDs that protect the wine from photobiological risks in the processing, storage and sales spaces.

The field of dental clinics is another excellence of ATENA LUX production, which has been producing lamps for over ten years for the dental practice which can ensure maximum visual comfort, perfect color rendering and significant energy savings.

The production process takes place thanks to the use of sophisticated machinery interconnected with last generation software, managed by our technical office. The scrupulous analysis and the choice of raw materials are the starting point for the realization of a finished product that entirely represents our Made in Italy. The product takes shape through their transformation: laser cutting, punching and processing of aluminum extrusions, and finally concluding with wiring.
