Atexor's team specializes in designing and manufacturing IECEx, ATEX and UKEX lighting for Explosion Hazardous Areas. In addition to ready-made products, we create bespoke solutions to meet specific customer requirements. Recognized around the world for our quality and reliability, all Atexor products and solutions are designed and manufactured in Finland.

Built on the combined excellence of Centaurea Oy and Mica Elektro Oy Ltd., Atexor Oy has over 35 years of experience in Ex-lighting solutions. We continually strive to create better solutions for our customers around the world. In addition to our Finnish operations, we established Atexor Ltd. in the UK in 2016.

At Atexor we specialize in delivering robust Ex-lighting solutions that meet your exact requirements. We take care of everything from initial concepting to mass production of bespoke luminaires, including lighting planning, testing and certification.

Our in-house knowledge, skill and expertise give us exceptional, wide-ranging capabilities. We can design and manufacture everything from individual, bespoke luminaires to complete, turnkey Ex-lighting solutions. We work with you to design, test and manufacture the most suitable Ex-lighting solutions for your specific requirements. With our lean manufacturing processes, modular designs, and agile organization, you can rely on us to move quickly and deliver fast.

The Atexor range of Ex certified lighting products includes SLAM FIXED® light fittings, SLAM® portable lighting and power supplies, and rechargeable MICA® hand lamps, as well as a range of accessories. All Atexor products are made in our own factory and they are thoroughly tested to ensure safety, reliability and durability.

In addition to ATEX and IECEx certified products for Ex zones, we offer products with EAC, KOSHA, NEPSI, DNV and other certifications. The MICA® range includes also rechargeable hand lamps for signalling and industrial use. All products are developed and manufactured in Finland by Atexor Oy.

With an ISO 9001:2015 Management System and ATEX certified production, our products and solutions are the result of world-class engineering, proven through end-to-end testing. We have our own design, testing and manufacturing facilities in Finland, which helps us ensure quality and timely deliveries.
