Bee Lighting Ltd. was founded by Colin Fulford and Paul Crees in 2006, kickstarted by an opportunity to develop a lighting project for a newly formed US company. Starting out as an independent design office specialising in automotive design and development services, we quickly gained a reputation for excellence in automotive lighting. Now trusted by many prestigious brands, we continue to design, engineer and manufacture beautiful products all under one roof.
We offer a comprehensive design, manufacture and testing process, from low to high volume, all carried out to the highest industry standards. Working together with our clients, we become a genuine extension of their team, taking a proactive and flexible approach to every challenge whilst retaining complete confidentiality.
Our concept design team is led by experienced lighting designers who have gained their knowledge and experience from working in the biggest automotive lighting companies across the globe. They thrive on every challenge to conceptualise beautiful, contemporary forms that push the boundaries of production possibilities.
Our engineering team brings to life the concepts developed by our designers, delivering well-considered, practical solutions in an efficient, cost-controlled manner. Thanks to their knowledge of the entire product lifecycle, they’re able to optimise every aspect of product development to provide maximum value.
Driven by quality and a meticulous attention to detail, our manufacturing team have a stunning portfolio across the automotive sector. All lamps are built in house in our high-spec manufacturing facility. The team are experienced with working in Six Sigma and conforming to QS 9001 manufacture, so you can rest assured your project is in safe hands.
Our innovative attitude is fueled by continuous investment in the latest technologies, driving our products to push the boundaries of production capabilities. We value and take advantage of every opportunity, large or small, to test our products; our 3D printer is in constant use by our engineers to check the feasibility of their designs throughout the project. Our onsite, high-tech assembly lines, enable us to assemble and quality-check our lamps with optimum precision for both interior and exterior Tier 1 lighting.
