Blackjack serves the design and specification community with a wide variety of lighting products for both commercial and residential applications. The collection includes pendants, chandeliers, vanity lights, wall sconces, surface mount fixtures, task and table lamps, and an industry-leading decorative lighting system. From residential chandeliers, vanity fixtures and linear lighting to LED pendants specified by architects to fill thirty-foot-tall entrance ways, Blackjack delivers smart engineering and sublime design. Blackjack Lighting uses the highest quality materials, with tightly binned LED, custom optics and commercial-grade components tapping into the latest proven technologies.
Stephen Blackman founded Blackjack Lighting and serves as Director of Product Development and Manufacturing. "One of the benefits of being in the lighting field for 30 years is seeing it change. The palate we work with has grown immensely, giving us opportunities to play with light, color temperature and form that we only dreamed of a decade ago," said Blackman.
Blackjack Lighting designs are not only beautiful and original, they are among the first of a new generation of decorative lighting fixtures specifically designed with LED and OLED light sources for general, ambient and task illumination. The entire Blackjack product line is designed exclusively by Stephen Blackman, a lighting industry design veteran and thought leader. The company’s high-end signature series, Stephen Blackman For Blackjack Lighting, launches this fall with Aradess™, one of the world’s first OLED table lamps.
