Cameron Design House is an award-winning British bespoke lighting and furniture studio based in London. Founded by Ian Cameron in 2014, Cameron Design House has become synonymous with unique, contemporary statement design and refined craftsmanship. Every piece is conceived and handcrafted in our studio workshop located in the leafy residential borough of St John’s Wood.
Since 2014 Cameron Design House has grown into a globally recognised design studio, with quality and precision as an inherent trademark throughout our lighting pieces and client service - from design through to delivery. Using organic and precisely engineered elements, we create custom statement chandeliers and tables which are handmade to a client's specific requirements, allowing for bespoke sizing, configuration and finish.
Ian has a shared history between the United Kingdom and Finland and has combined the influences of vibrant central London and the tranquil Nordic countryside into his sculptural pieces. Proudly designed and made in Britain, embracing the British tradition of exploring the far reaches of possibility together with the Nordic premise of clean lines and maximising lightness, Cameron Design House prioritises both form and function to achieve beautiful, enduring designs.
All our statement chandeliers and furniture pieces are custom made in our London studio. The bespoke nature of our approach means we are able to tailor each specification to the individual requirements of any project. Our design and customisation service is offered without a fee regardless of the scale of a project. We provide the 3D models, renders, technical drawings and documentation to support the design.
Our flexible approach has seen our experienced team work with interior designers, architects, engineers and clients from around the world on highly demanding and prestigious projects.
All projects are regularly reviewed by our design panel, headed by our founder and Creative Director Ian Cameron. This review process ensures every piece leaving our workshop meets the aesthetic and technical standard we are renowned for.
All our pieces can be shipped worldwide. Everything is carefully wrapped before being boxed or crated to its new home. Although London is where we reside (and Finland our spiritual home) we have clients around the globe. Much of our work can be seen in the UK, US and Canada, while we also have clients in China, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Australia, Dubai and the gulf to name only a few.
The London Borough of St John’s Wood, better known for The Abbey Road Studios and Lords Cricket Ground, is where our workshop and design studio are located off a leafy residential street . Our workshop team are dedicated to quality craftsmanship, meticulously creating all our designs by hand.
