Done attaches great importance to product R&D, and has invested heavily in building a huge R&D team. There are nearly a hundred professional engineers, most of whom have rich R&D experience in the LED driver industry. Among them, senior engineers account for 40%, and intermediate engineers account for 30%. The company has also established close cooperation in production, learning and research with major universities in China. Continuously providing Done with intermediate and senior engineers.
