An annual fair for the building industry in the ASEAN region. Thailand Building Fair provides a multitude of building technologies and solutions for smart city infrastructure.

Since its launch in 2017, Thailand Building Fair (THBF) has grown to serve the region’s flourishing building industry and is continually expanding its scope to cater to market demands.

As an annual fair for the building industry in the ASEAN region, and held concurrently with Secutech Thailand, the fairs welcomed over 300 exhibitors from 18 countries and regions, including Thailand, China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, Singapore, Germany, Belgium, France and Italy with an exhibition space of 15,000 sqm

Thailand Building Fair provides a multitude of building technologies and solutions for smart city infrastructure. The last edition of the fairs were held successfully, running under the theme of ‘City + IoT – a sustainable and liveable future’. In recent years, a number of smart city projects have sprung up all over the ASEAN region, such as the Thai government’s plans to build a USD 37 billion smart city in the eastern part of the country.The Thailand Building Fair will therefore continue to serve the promising smart city technology and solutions markets across the region.

The Thailand Lighting Fair will be merged into the Thailand Building Fair, in order to guide the focus of the show towards smart city development. Thailand Lighting Fair offers an unrivalled one-stop sourcing platform in the region with a wide range of building technology and solutions. Thailand is one of the leading importers of lighting products in ASEAN, ranking second among all ASEAN member states for the import of general lamps, light fittings, electric filament lamps and discharge lamps. Thailand’s LED market is experiencing exponential growth.
