Beghelli has signed a preliminary agreement for Gewiss to purchase the Beghelli shares owned by the family; the transaction is tentatively expected to be finalized in the first quarter of 2025.

The integration with Gewiss will ensure continuity for Beghelli's employees, collaborators and customers. Two Italian companies that share values such as integrity, excellence and sustainability come together. By strengthening its presence in the lighting market, the combination of Beghelli's brand know-how and strength with Gewiss' global expertise will consolidate market share. In addition, the combination of Beghelli technologies in emergency lighting with Gewiss expertise in energy management and smart lighting will enable the company to offer innovative solutions, better responding to the needs of a rapidly evolving market.
