When compared to HPS/MH lamps and full spectrum LED lights that are not energy efficient, BLOSSOM® offers Extended U/V B and UV/A and NASA recognized FAR RED IR spectral technology that is widely reported which is controlled by a built-in hourly time/date/week spectrum scheduler that one tailors specifically to your crop. Exceeding industry requirements for energy consumption with a selective spectrum, where special IR resistant lensing of the LED elements offers the Grower with the highest and the most uniform PPFD and PAR. - Both HPS and MH bulb technology was never designed for grow applications. Needs frequent relamping and ballast changes. Wrong spectrum, wasted energy. Depending on the crop, needs supplemental lighting.
