fenix-store has left me hanging. Spent well over $100 for this flashlight. Customer service is worse than awful. You might as well be talking to a brick wall. Placed the order on 8/2/23. Too many attempts to resolve the issue to even count by phone, email and chat all to no avail. We are now 20 days later and the tracking has no idea where the product is. Verified by email that they have had this issue frequently.
