Industry Slim Led - A completely new industrial luminaire, has a high luminous flux and a very high luminous efficiency of> 160 lm / W, which makes this luminaire highly energy-saving and ecological. It is distinguished by a very high IP66 tightness. It owes this tightness to its well-thought-out design. The polycarbonate diffuser is permanently attached to the housing with a durable silicone gasket. This means that in addition to the tightness obtained in this way, the light module is protected against uncontrolled interference and access to the LEDs. The tightness of the lamp is ensured by a gland, which tightens the gasket and prevents the ingress of dust, moisture, and water.

The luminaire has been fitted with new luminous distributions:

SW - a standard wide lens (80D conventional angle) with a wide range of applications in commercial buildings, industrial halls and even - due to its low glare index UGR<19 - in office areas of the building. It provides high luminous efficacy and helps meet the stringent requirements of EN 12464-1 for glare index, illuminance and high uniformity on aisle and shelf surfaces. Particularly recommended for rooms where luminaires are mounted at heights of 3-8m.

MW - medium wide lens (90D conventional angle) with a wide range of applications in commercial buildings, industrial halls and even - due to the low glare UGR<19 - in office areas of the building. It provides high luminous efficacy and helps to meet the stringent requirements of EN 12464-1 for glare index, illuminance and high uniformity on aisle and shelf surfaces. Particularly recommended for rooms where luminaires are mounted at heights of 3-6m.

VW - very wide lens (105D conventional angle) with wide application in open spaces and low warehouses. It provides high luminous efficacy and helps meet the most stringent requirements of EN 12464-1 in terms of glare index (UGR<22, UGR<25), illuminance and high uniformity when the system is installed in low spaces. Particularly recommended for rooms where luminaires are mounted at a height of 2.5-5m.

Unified Glare Rating is an indicator characterizing glare. The lower the Unified Lighting Rating Index (UGR), the lower the glare.

The luminaire is designed to illuminate industrial and warehouse facilities, due to its minimal dimensions, also in hard-to-reach places. The Industry Slim Led luminaire is available in various versions: with different optics, wide, narrow, and dedicated to high-bay light distribution, and five types of diffuser, including an anti-glare diffuser.

Industry Slim Led meets the strict requirements of the EN 12464-1 standard, ensuring optimal lighting, minimal glare (UGR) and perfect lighting uniformity even in the most difficult to reach places. Its high IP66 tightness guarantees reliability in all conditions, protecting the LEDs from dust, moisture and water thanks to its carefully designed construction.

The luminaires are made of very durable materials, resistant to moisture, increased solar radiation and impacts (IK10). Models in the C5+ version are resistant to corrosion processes, so they can be successfully installed in places of direct contact with water bodies with varying degrees of salinity. This translates into long service life and low failure rate of the products.

The ecological approach of our experts is also reflected in the design of fixtures in accordance with ZHAGA Book 13, 15 and 18, the design of which allows the replacement of individual components without the need to replace the entire fixture and standardizes the place and method of their installation. Skver LED luminaires are prepared for the challenges of the future, guaranteeing an optimal life cycle of urban infrastructure, respecting the natural environment and maintaining modular flexibility, which will allow the development of a coherent system of intelligent and stylish lighting in the future.

We also thought about maintenance! The service itself takes place in safe conditions - the service technician can open the housing chamber without tools, remove the board and replace it with a new one, and diagnose the failure in a workshop or laboratory. Additionally, the knife disconnector, used in some versions of the luminaire, cuts off the power supply when the electrical chamber is opened, allowing you to safely perform necessary service work. Thanks to this, the person making the modification is fully protected.

Light 23 took place from 22-23 November 2023, in The Gallery Level of the Business Design Centre. Our watchword is colour, which brings an interior to life and gives it a unique character. The Messaggio, Colline x Terrano and Sizzano collections provide an extremely wide range of personalisation possibilities, also in terms of the choice of colours and shades of individual product elements. Thanks to the use of the RAL colour palette, it is extremely easy to adapt the design of the lamp to individual needs. This is very important to us - we want to provide lighting solutions that meet all user expectations.
