The Goliath is built to withstand high-impact environments, with an IK07 rating for the 500W model and an IK08 rating for the 350W and 225W models. It meets NEMA ANSI C136.32 vibration standards and includes NORD-LOCK® anti-vibration washers along with a stainless steel safety cable for secure mounting in high-vibration applications. Additional features include driver-on-board technology, an anti-vulcanization LED light engine, and surge protection exceeding 10kV to safeguard against power fluctuations. The fixture is Trade Agreement Act (TAA) compliant, making it suitable for government projects, and an optional wire guard provides extra protection. With up to a 5-year warranty, the Goliath ensures long-term reliability.

To enhance performance in high-vibration environments, NORD-LOCK® anti-vibration washers secure the mounting hook and bracket, while low-load fasteners are reinforced with a thread-locking compound. Goliath’s driver-on-board LED modules eliminate the need for an external driver, reducing failure points and enhancing reliability. These modules are over-engineered and torture-tested at 200°C without failure, setting a new standard for durability in extreme conditions.

Electroplated aluminum reflectors reduce glare and optimize beam spread, maintaining 93% reflectivity even after 10 years in harsh industrial settings. The Goliath is engineered for clean power operation, eliminating harmonic distortion, which can cause line noise and reduce fixture lifespan. No inrush current means there are no large voltage drops at startup, protecting the fixture and nearby equipment. Metal Oxide Varistor (MOV) surge protection is built in, providing over 10kV of protection, even in industrial facilities with large electrical equipment and unstable power sources.

Each LED module is connected using 1.2 mil gold wire, enhancing durability and ensuring resistance to thermal cycling stress. A special silicone-based conformal coating creates a waterproof seal around the module, while also dissipating heat, further improving durability in harsh environments.
