Ingy

Ingy develops innovative solutions for smart and energy efficient buildings. We use lighting as the backbone of a smart building, enabling applications such as asset tracking, indoor navigation, occupancy analytics and much more. Ingy was founded in 2018 and has rapidly grown to a globally recognised disruptor in the smart-building industry. With its innovative solution to make buildings smart by providing luminaires with all the key sensors build-in to make a building smart.

Ingy's smart lighting technology is based on a scalable wireless mesh without any central controller (all decisions are made distributed in the nodes). In the Ingy solution, every node in the wireless mesh is a light and every node can control the light output of its luminaire and send messages to any other node, which then can decide to change the light output of their own luminaires based on the information received.
