At train stations mostly two different areas need to be illuminated. For large areas of train operation our high performance RALEDLINE® fixtures are a good and cost effective solution. When it comes to solutions for highways and large crossing illumination, most of the products at the market can’t fullfil the requirements. Therefore we developed the new RALEDLAMP® streetlight especially for this applications. Based on our reflector technology with 8 asymmetric light sources we are able to provide the best and most efficient solution on the market. With power ratings up to 140W with very high efficient light distributions, even highways with 6 lines are no problem. In addition we are able to build custom light sources for traditional street lamps.

In order to improve the security at large road crossings, usually conventional flood lights are installed in addition to the streetlights. The illumination is not so easy, because the light sources can only be installed at cross roads. In addition the lighting solution should avoid dazzling. Our RALEDSOURCE® high power flood lights are able to overcome these issues with the newest LED reflector technology. Even Multi direction versions are available, where every corner can be illuminated perfectly.

At many cities, overpasses are a very common solution to prevent people from passing dangerous main roads. Especially during the night time these structures can become a nice addition on to the night scene. Our RALEDSPOT® full colour spot lights or the RALEDLINE® light lines in full colour are a perfect choice to transform the structure into a pleasant looking part of the night scene.

Many nice structures at city centres or outside in urban areas are more less invisible during the night time. With a colourful illumination this can be changed and the structure can be transformed into a sculpture. Also our high end RALEDSPOT® or even RALEDFLOOD® lights will provide astonishing full colour effects.

Tunnel illumination is a very complex area of light application, because of the large area, limited height and different light intensity. In addition safety and maintenance are very important. Our solution picks up all these requirements and is the most powerful and flexible solution. With 140° Beam angle, up to 200 Lumen per Watt efficiency Tunnel illumination becomes a easy task.

For one to one replacement of single light sources our RALEDSOURCE® downlights are the best choice, because with multiple head designs high power solutions are available at minimum on power consumption. Illuminance adjustment and different colour temperatures are also possible with our high advanced control system. Even emergency modules can be installed very easily.

Multiple lines with specialised high performance line lights are also a very efficient solution for tunnel illumination. For large multiple line tunnel this solution is a very good choice. This leads into a very high efficient light system. At road level our pavement light offers a perfect solution for marking purpose.

High ambient temperatures normally case already for conventional light solutions problems regarding the lifetime. For most of the LED solutions currently even worse. Based on our flexible passive heatsink design and special COB chips with junction temperature of 150°C, we are able to achieve 80.000 + hours lifetime at 100°C ambient temperatures. The power supply will be installed externally in order to keep them out of the hot area. Especially at steel-, glass-, paper- and other heavy industry plants or solution will be the reliable choice.

Based on our high performance light line HD and PC we developed our high bay cluster version. The performance is outstanding and the RALEDCLUSTER® high bay cluster are the perfect one to one replacement for the traditional metal halide solutions. With 140° beam angle and light output of 200 Lm/W we are setting new benchmarks in the field of industrial high bay solutions. Build in emergency function and high end control system offering complete new opportunities in the field of high bay downlights.

Light line fixtures are mainly used at industrial general lighting applications. In the past on T5 tube base with 2 x 58W. With our high performance RALEDLINE® we are able to replace one to one with 50% less power and lifetime of more than 100.000 hours it becomes a very cost-effective solution. Compared to the T5 solutions, our light lines can be used up to 20m hight, with best uniformity. In addition our products can be used in special applications like food industry and clean rooms.

Container terminal at 24/7 operation are working 50% during the night time. That means high performance light is required in order to perform precise actions with heavy loads. The problem of the current LED flood lights is the height of more than 40 meters above the ground. At this application our reflector technology is able to distribute the light very uniform and with the multi direction heads in every corner. Our new RALEDSOURCE® 120-8 flood light with 8 heads is offering stadium grade light output to industrial applications.

For ship unloading, container handling and truck uploading a perfect uniform illumination of the whole operation area is more than very important. One small mistake due to bad light situation can cost a lot of money or even risk physical harm or death. Therefore illuminations with our multi head flood lights are providing high safety improvement, because every head is flexible in the desired direction, beam angle and power. That results in a perfect uniformity in every corner. In addition the dazzle is very low, due to the high end reflector technology.

In addition to the high bay and flood light application usually large storage facilities need to be illuminated. For this application our RALEDLINE® HD provides many benefits. As a standard high performance solution it can be installed indoor, outdoor and even in rugged environments. Due to the high protection degree of IP65 it can withstand even the hardest installation situation. Also our RALEDLINE® HR version can be used for narrow high storage drive ways. With 30° beam angle it fits to this application perfectly.

Spotlight housings in high grade 316L stainless steel are one of our unique products for off shore usage. Normally used for underwater application our RALEDSPOT® in stainless steel fits perfect to such harsh environment application. Even if this material is facing problems in special chemical resistance demands, we are able to produce our unibody spotlights more less out of any high grade metal material.

It will be hard to find a product used at normal industry application on a off shore platform. Our RALEDLINE® has such a robust design that it is used on offshore platforms. With special coating, IP 65 protection degree and polycarbonate fron cover it becomes a very good choice also at such applications. One more benefit is our flexible power supply, what can be installed inside or external of the fixture. Especially for explosion prove application it becomes a huge benefit.

For illumination of large areas with best uniformity our RALEDLAMP® offers a good choice With it’s asymmetric light system it prevents dazzling to the indoor areas and eliminates aste light. The high grade unibody design with high grade glass diffuser can also withstand harsh environments easily. Especially if the off shore platforms are connected or even connected to the land, this roadways are the perfect application. Best light situation at minimum on energy consumption.

At many hotels the illumination becomes one very important part of the wellbeing for their guests and attract companies for meetings and product promotions. For the hotel rooms most of the clients are looking for a suitable replacement of the halogen downlights with a similar color temperature. Currently most of the LED downlights are providing neutral white light. Our standard downlight is matching the colour temperature of the halogen bulbs perfectly. All dimmable and very cost competitive. The replacement of 35W halogen can be done with 6W LED only. For the public areas, meeting rooms, bars and even pools we have full color solutions with perfect colour mixing, advance control and very low power consumption.

One of the major guest attraction are nice spa and relaxing areas with pools, sauna and many other offerings for wellbeing. In addition to our standard portfolio, we are also very open for architectural ideas. In many projects Lanz Manufaktur Germany GmbH picked up the architectural demand and put it into remarkable design light fixtures. Together with our partners for specialised metal artworks we are able to build more or less any structure and any design artwork. The combination of some special light function makes this design artworks even more attractive. For example the rectangular shaped ceiling lights are equipped with 3 full colour light sources, that allows the operator to have different colour upwards, downwards and internal the light fixture. At the same time colours according to the customers cooperate identity are easy to set.
