We offer a large portfolio of flexible LED strips to suit any lighting task. Whether for work or living areas, offices, museums, hotels, supermarkets, warehouses and shops – our LED strips in different designs meet every lighting task. Thanks to the latest LED technology, the flexibility of artificial lighting no longer has limits and delights the user with excellent light quality across the entire spectrum. Thanks to our machinery equipped with the latest technology and high processing speeds in the roll-to-roll process, we can realise a very good price-performance ratio for all our high-quality LED strips. Our novel production process reliably protects sensitive flexible electronics against a wide range of environmental influences such as moisture (IP 67), various chemicals, dust and particles. Mechanical resistance is greatly increased by LumProtect® lamination without losing flexibility. Always open for innovative technologies, the company has consistently invested in its production, which forms the heart of the business. From the very beginning, manufacturing has taken place in Hechingen/Southern Germany under the highest quality standards and using the latest technologies. In 2018, the production for rigid, electronic assemblies was expanded by a new production line for flexible electronics. Today, the new line produces flexible, electronic assemblies in a roll-to-roll process for the entire industry.
We offer a wide range of linear LED modules for use in line luminaires, area LED modules for planar illumination and also powerful LED modules for spotlighting. Thanks to state-of-the-art production at the highest technical level, even small quantities can be customised in terms of light colours or alternative LED types. Our range of LED modules based on rigid PCBs is extensive and highly individual. No matter whether you need linear LED modules for use in line luminaires, area modules for planar illumination or powerful modules with spot illumination: Thanks to ultra-modern production at the highest technical level, we can offer you individual variants with regard to light colour or LED type, starting from a small quantity, and thus always respond to the respective customer request.
Our control units are ideally equipped for a wide range of applications. They are extremely flexible and can be customised by our embedded team in terms of both hardware and software. They can also be easily integrated into existing control concepts in a user-friendly manner – for optimum energy management and best lighting results. In addition to the very small MiniController for Tunable White and Dim2Warm applications, LUMITRONIX® has developed the PowerController V2, a control unit that opens up completely new possibilities for the luminaire industry because it can be quickly and easily programmed via software to suit the desired function beyond the standard configuration.
Since 2018, we have been working intensively on the possible applications for UV-C LED technology, especially targeted disinfection with UV radiation. We offer you the outstanding UV-C LEDs from Nichia and Bolb or our self-produced, ready-to-use UV-C LED modules. We develop an individual UV-C LED solution for you according to your requirements.
Two ultra-modern production lines with the latest machine technology allow the assembly of both rigid and flexible PCBs.
