Meodex is an LED-based application module engineering and manufacturing company. MEODEX studies your LED-based applications (Lighting, Science of Life, Industry) and design and manufacture itself its electronic modules. We manufacture our module on FR4 or Metal Core PCB. Our skills encompass LED components, LED-based applications, PCB design and manufacturing, optics, heatsink, driver. We are able to advise you or to supply any driver system.
MEODEX™ designs and manufactures custom LED modules through its Research Department and production line located on the same site in France. MEODEX ™ makes it a point of honor to the LED light technologies. With our three types of production lines, we are able to adapt to a wide variety of projects:

We can mix the LEDs with all the optics, lenses of the market: LEDIL lens optics, CARCLO lens optics, KHATOD lens optics, DARKOO lens optics, FRAEN lens optics, GAGGIONE lens optics, LEDLINK lens optics, POLYMER OPTICS lens optics.
For the LED modules with high thermal stress, we design and manufacture IMS, MCPCB, aluminum or copper PCB, aluminum PCB from the best raw materials: thermal management materials BERGQUIST, thermally Conductive Boards POLYTRONICS, Thermal Interface Materials LAIRD, SINKPAD PCB Direct Thermal Path.

- 100% Manual Production Lines: they allow us to have a high responsiveness on small series, prototypes or control productions prior to launch large scale production.
- Semi-automatic lines authorize us to take in charge medium quantity series. Indeed, the mechanization on specific tasks and our high responsiveness enable us to reduce unit costs
- Fully automatic lines enable us to manage large-scale projects (> 200 000 cards per batch). Unit costs are optimized.
