Optonaval was founded in 2013 in Hamburg-Harburg, Germany, as a company with high technical ambitions. Since then, Optonaval has developed and introduced various lighting solutions, both for land-based applications as well as for the marine environment. Today, Optonaval focuses on the areas of Helicopter Visual Landing Aids (HVLAS) and Navigation Lights as well as Individualized Engineering Solutions and Security Applications.
Our line of navigation lights represents a concept rethought from scratch. Universal parts, user-maintainability, multiple sensor surveillance electronics with health data monitoring, customized color coating and last but not least excellent design make them an outstanding product line for ambitious users in the high end market.

From early design stage, through project realization until final acceptance Optonaval support their customers to secure safe helicopter operations within the requested limits and specified regulations. We design, produce, integrate and maintain Helicopter Visual Landing Aid Systems (HVLAs) tailor-made for Mega Yachts.
