The past several years have been very challenging for Pathway Lighting Products, Inc. Our business has been negatively impacted by the economy, COVID and the death of Fred Stark our founder. We have worked over the past few years to try and recover from these challenges and return to profitability. Unfortunately, we believe that it is not possible for the business to continue and as a result, we plan to cease operations on June 9, 2023.
