Prosperous Lighting is a vertically integrated manufacturer with a host of in-house capabilities ranging from tool development, metal fabrication, plastic injection, PCBA assembly, and lighting system assembly to integrated testing. The company's independent manufacturing facility is equipped with an array of machinery, including CNC machines, welding stations, milling machines, punch presses, plastic injection machines, wave solder machines, SMT assembly systems, and reflow ovens, etc. To ensure all of its products are of irreproachable quality, Prosperous invested an in-house testing facility fully equipped with instruments and equipment such as integrating spheres, dark rooms, spectroradiometers, imaging photometers and colorimeters, goniophotometers, LCR digital bridges, rain test systems, aging and life test racks, and an EMI and EMC test system which include impulse test generators, ESD simulators and surge generators.
