All LED manufacturers test and bin at the chip level, but Prudential takes LED testing a big step further with PRUBIN, testing and documenting every board individually in our integrating sphere for brightness, color and hue so your job ships within an industry best 2-step MacAdam elipse. Partnering with NICHIA and OSRAM has led to stunning improvements in performance.

FusionOptics, our outstanding optical system, delivers both refined directional light control and high level efficiency. Lens, refractor and reflector work so each ray of light is maximized for specific tasks, saving energy and radiating extraordinary layered light. FusionOptics controls where the light is directed so well, fixtures can be spaced further apart. With industry-leading spacing, fixtures can be spaced further apart for significant energy savings. Single-piece lens design utilizes two frost levels to soften direct light and better control high angle cut-off. Precisely engineered prism design controls and directs every light ray. Semi-indirect design pushes light out wide but softens it directly below for visual comfort.
