We are a lighting manufacturer based in Salford Quays, Manchester. Our deep-rooted history in the lighting industry continues to grow and flourish. Our factory started producing products for the lighting industry in 2001, originally manufacturing fixtures and fittings. As the market evolved, so did the factory as we moved over to manufacturing printed circuit boards for LED’s.

The evolution of our production factory in line with the changes in the lighting industry has allowed RICOMAN to design, develop and manufacture products that are tailored to the needs of the contemporary lighting market.

Our industry leading service levels enable us to offer bespoke and standard energy efficient LED lighting products in record breaking times. We also provide lighting data sheets, LDT / Photometric and even Revit files on some products.

RICOMAN Lighting provides emergency, industrial, linear and commercial lighting for a variety of spaces such as schools, retail, healthcare, care homes, offices, education buildings, and large residential buildings and developments. All of these sectors share some common requirements for their lighting products – reliability, performance and suitability to the specification. As a United Kingdom Lighting manufacturer, we are able to supply lighting that takes into account all of these needs to ensure we deliver the right product on specification, on budget and on time.

Downlights, LED Bulkheads, Linear Lighting, Emergency Lighting, Industrial Lighting and Panel lights are just some of the LED lighting products we manufacture. Our product range in the specification – we have products up to IP68 rated and some products which are ATEX approved lighting. We specialise in customised products, our Estrella linear range has over 25,000 configurable options to ensure that we can provide a truly unique product that is built to a lighting specification.

We ensure we use top class components from Samsung, Philips, CREE, Bridgelux, Mean Well and Tridonic so that all our products are UKCA, CE compliant and conform to the relevant EU directive of LVD, EMC, ErP and RoHS. Many of the products are certified by TüV, Germany, to give our clients extra peace of mind.
