Your European partner for complex aluminum die castings and LED technologies. In the early eighties, Rubitech BV was established against a background of an emerging Asia. Aluminum die casting has since been our core production technology. In our ambition to continue to exploit the opportunities advancing technologies were offering, the products and service portfolio has gradually expanded.
Aluminum processing, LED technology, exchanging heat and supply chain management are the main drivers for contemporary Rubitech. In the early years of Rubitech this resulted in wall mounted heaters, heating boiler parts, flue duct elbows and domestic cooking burners. As customers evolved, so did our product line. Finished heat exchangers to own design were added to the portfolio. Heat exchangers evolved into luminaries with integrated heat sinks, electrical drivers and LED.
Alucast is a part of the Rubitech group of companies. The basis of Rubitechs product offering is aluminum, focusing on high pressure die casting. Gas tight appliances, heat exchangers and coated esthetical products is our specialism.
Whether our customers want to invest in complete new product designs or want their finished design to be produced, they call on Rubitech Alucast to deliver products to meet their unique requirements.
We love challenges and prefer to get things done well. This is why we have developed our Intenz; a range of smart & heavy-duty LED solutions to match industries’ every need.
Our armatures can handle high ambient temperatures, which make them a perfect fit to for example the steel and paper industries. In addition, the armatures are D-classified, which means they are safe to use even in fire-hazardous circumstances. The overheating protection with double sensors enables automatic dimming, should the ambient temperature temporarily rise above the maximum; once the temperature drops within the guidelines again, the armature will assume its original settings. Being controlled over the Internet, it can be constantly monitored and adapted to the changes in the surroundings.
Our head office is based in The Netherlands. Production facilities in Malaysia and Romania. Final assembly in Europe. Dedicated supply chain management realizes short time to market. For the future, we focus on further expanding the basic activities of aluminum die casting, and LED appliances.
