SPOT Light was established in 1996 in Cisek – a small town in the south of Poland. Mr. Christian Ortlieb, a young entrepreneur, started the production of spot lighting, that quickly found its way into major German and Polish retail chains.

Despite a severe setback due to an Odra flood, SPOT Light managed to strengthen its position on the market and developed into one of the most important lighting manufacturers in Eastern Europe. Company’s relocation to neighboring Bierawa and the construction of one of the most modern production and logistics centers of lighting industry with a production area of 2,500 m2 and 9,200 pallet spaces in high-storage warehouses, enabled SPOT Light further market expansion outside Poland and created the basis for further development. Currently, over 250 employees work every day on the success of the company. The main sales markets, apart from Poland, include Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

SPOT Light attaches great importance to its own production of lighting fittings. The absolute priority is high quality, which is why the components used for production are ordered almost exclusively in Europe. FSC® certified wood, mainly oak, beech and birch, is processed in its own woodworking facilities. Lighting products protected with organic stains and varnish are user and environment friendly.

The use of state-of-the-art 24V LED modules based on Samsung LEDs is the consistent continuation of the quality concept. Longevity of the elements and also the ability to repair the luminaires translate sustainable thinking into practice.

Production lines are focused on serial production, but there is also room for individual design for special projects. The specialists in design, technology and manufacturing can create luminaires according to customer requirements or implement special modifications to existing models.

SPOT Light is a forerunner in the use of 24V LED technology in wooden luminaires. It is characterised by the high Power Factor, which is associated with high energy saving. The lower heat emission than in LED 12V technology means, that the life span of the luminaires is longer. Moreover, it also makes it possible to prepare modules with more LEDS, thus increasing light emission. LED drivers, diodes and dimmers used in our fixtures are coming from the most reputable manufacturers of those components in the world. Together, these factors create an optimum lighting effect: strong, warm and stable light without a flickering effect. Our 24V LED modules are characterized by the highest quality.
