Hello,
I purchased a set of Dimmable outdoor festoon lights from Amazon UK in December 2021. They worked very well, but unfortunately a nearby lighting strike two weeks ago appears to have damaged the power adaptor. I have managed to find a replacement that provides power and prove the lights themselves are unaffected, but of course it does not have the necessary circuitry to operate the remote control and, therefore, the different colours of light.
The adaptor was made by yourselves and I was hoping you might still make them. The details from the power adaptor label are:
Model IL-DM-KY-121A501 input 100-240VAC 50/60Hz output DC12V 1.5A Date code 0910 IP44 (photo attached)
