Key Features of the WiLLsport® KBX Lighting System​

WiLLsport® KBX lighting systems are built from high-quality domestic and imported components. The lighting design team provides IES files, photometric reports, and lighting simulations to ensure the best results for each project. With light output options reaching up to 115,000 lumens, the system delivers high-intensity illumination for any application. The fixtures offer easy access to drivers and LED modules, allowing for straightforward technology upgrades and maintenance. Furthermore, the system includes remote power-control options with industrial-grade cabinets and wireless control features for entertainment, RGB lighting, dimming, and scheduling. Pre-aimed adjustable mounts ensure optimal lighting according to factory designs, while the rugged aluminum chassis construction with an integrated GlareKiller system minimizes glare and enhances visual comfort.

Durable Construction and Finish​

The WiLLsport® light fixtures are built with rugged aluminum chassis, offering excellent heat and impact resistance. The proprietary anodized heat sink design ensures optimal LED performance and a projected L70 lifespan of over 200,000 hours. The light engine plates and heat sinks meet MIL-A-8625 Type II standards, while all components are RoHS, REACH, ELV, and WEEE compliant. Additionally, the fixtures are equipped with high-grade stainless steel hardware for corrosion resistance, and the driver components are fully encased for protection against moisture and vibration.

Optional Remote Power-Control Cabinet​

The optional power-control cabinets are constructed from industrial-grade aluminum with a NEMA 3R rating for outdoor use. Top distribution hubs feature polycarbonate enclosures with NEMA 1, 2, 4, 4X, and IP66 ratings for superior protection. The cabinets come in various sizes, including custom configurations, and are designed to withstand harsh conditions with powder-coated finishes and stainless steel hardware.

Advanced Light Engine & Electrical Features​

The WiLLsport® KBX system uses high-efficiency Chip-on-Board (COB) LEDs for compact lumen density and enhanced reliability. The self-sealing optical assembly is made from optical-grade silicone with 93% typical light transmittance. The system is designed to operate in extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to +50°C. It supports input voltage from 120-277V AC, with options up to 480V, and includes advanced surge protection up to 20kA. The system also offers dimming capabilities, with isolated 0-10V dim-to-off functionality and PWM/3-timer modes available as optional features.

Power & Control Options​

The WiLLsport® KBX system is equipped with RGB color mixing and DMX integrations for dynamic scene creation. Synapse® wireless systems allow large-scale control of lighting zones, dimming, schedules, and sensors. Both wired and wireless configurations are available, and turnkey factory commissioning ensures that the system is properly set up and supported on site.
