Tospo Lighting started with manufacturing of electronic ballasts in 1997 and soon afterwards seized the opportunity of the mass commercialization of compact fluorescent lamps (CFL) by taking advantage of its vertically integrated capabilities. Tospo invested in a rare-earth supply chain and sophisticated automatic spiral tube production lines, allowing the complete control over quality, production schedules and shipping. The company remains highly competitive in CFL bulb manufacturing with an annual production capacity of 120 million pieces.

Tospo Lighting pioneered the development of high-quality, energy-efficient LED lighting since 2011. Tospo increases productivity by adopting lean production systems to maximize efficiency while minimize waste in all forms. The one-stop, fully integrated manufacturing megacenters provides full control of the production process from the SMT placement, PCB fabrication, to fixture assembly and powder coat painting. As consumer demand increased and geographic areas served by the company expanded, Tospo's annual production capacity of LED bulbs and LED tubes sums up to 5,500,000,000 units. Tospo's wide range of light bulb products include smart light bulbs, LED filament bulbs, A19 LED bulbs, PAR bulbs, spotlight bulbs, BR bulbs, decorative bulbs, G9/G4 bulbs, PL bulbs, LED corn bulbs, high power LED bulbs, and etc. Tospo is also a major industry player in the interior lighting market. The company invested 12 production lines and raises its annual production capacity of LED downlights, LED panel lights, LED ceiling lights, LED track lights, LED troffers, LED linear fixtures, and etc. to 50 million units. In response to increasing market demand a dedicated manufacturing facility with a high level automation was set up to manufacture outdoor light fixtures and steel poles with an annual production capacity of up to 30 million units. Tospo's portfolio of outdoor luminaire includes street lights, flood lights, high bay lights, wall washers, wall packs, landscape lights, security lights, and parking lights.

The manufacturing of high quality lighting products is a complex process, from industry design to delivery to the end user. Tospo strives to takes quality and customer value to heart in every step of the process and beyond. As a professional lighting company involved in research, manufacturing and sales of lighting products, we have a reliable quality control system that consists of four sections with SQC (supplier quality control), IQC (incoming quality control), IPQC (in process quality control) and QA (quality assurance). As a world-class manufacturer, we have a dedicated supply chain management team led by our president for efficient collaboration with key suppliers to ensure the highest consistency of raw material and component quality as well as integrate their expertise into our manufacturing process. We do 100% inspections on all incoming material including purchased material and suppliers products. We monitor production on-site throughout all the process with a rigorous QC procedure that starts from raw materials inspection, in-process components test, finished products test, aging test, to final pre-shipment inspection.

Tospo has strong vertical integration of front-end production process, which includes raw material producing, structure manufacturing, own brand driver, SMT, AI and RI. Through the vertical integration, we improved the competitiveness of our cost and quality control. Tospo now has become an enterprise with core competitiveness such as resource advantages and technological advantages. In order to enhance the vertical integration and control the quality, we also founded our own plastics factory. With our plastic factory, we can design the spec of housing, like thickness. With our own glass oven, the annual output are over 60 million pieces, and the light transmittance are higher than the market tubes about 2%. We have a highly self-made ability to generate metal frames by reliable instrument, which would be used for panel, floodlight, high-bay and road-lamp producing.
