UIV OLED, a business unit of Yurui (Shanghai) Chemical Co., Ltd., does not manufacture OLED light panels, but designs, develops OLED light fixtures and contracts out the production. Benefitting from the upstream cooperation between Yurui (Shanghai) Chemical Co., Ltd. and LG Chem in the OLED intermediates business, UIV OLED is authorized to distribute LG's OLED light panels in Asia market and launched its own lines of OLED light fixtures by taking advantage of the unique supply chain.
