Fusion Optix’s aim to help solve the world’s energy problems and reduce global warming by eliminating energy wastage due to inefficient optical design, components and materials. We are also pioneering innovative architectures, materials and design approaches in advanced lighting markets using LEDs. Fusion Optix solutions provide new levels of performance and energy savings and as a result we count some of the world’s leading companies as our customers.
Fusion Optix products contain patented innovations in the fields of advanced optics and LED technology. In addition to a broad platform of intellectual property; Fusion Optix actually manufactures precision optical components and LED light engines in it’s factory in Woburn MA. Fusion Optix works together with our OEM customers to align our offerings with what they value most. Our constant effort and commitment to improvement in each of our core offerings of LED light engines and optics have enabled us to become industry leaders in what we do.
We supply “Made in USA” components to the highest quality enabling OEMs and lighting designers to create the perfect light for any space. Today we supply OEMs and customers around the world with world class lighting solutions. We are founder-owned and operated and are 100% committed to the betterment of lighting technology and innovation. All products are made in the USA in our 35,000 sq. ft. manufacturing and engineering facility headquartered in Woburn MA, just 20 minutes from Boston.
Our offerings include LED engines, profile extrusions, optical components and advanced materials for use in LED lighting products. We are also an innovator and developer of enabling LED lighting technologies for which we own dozens of international patents.
Our manufacturing operations are located in a dedicated 35,000 sq.ft. clean facility in Woburn MA. Using in-house production equipment and proprietary processes we produce a unique range of optics, light management components and LED light engine products. Our quality assurance capabilities are state-of-the-art and include full range of optical, color and finished product testing.
Inherent to the Fusion Optix strategy is a dedicated and focused ongoing activity to invent and commercializing advanced optical component and integrated LED module technologies. Our offerings in LED engines and optics are based upon dozens of patented innovations backed up with a deep set of trade secrets and strong know-how connected to LED lighting, advanced manufacturing technologies and material innovations.
