Wipac Technology Ltd is a world class company, designing & manufacturing LED lighting systems for many of the world's premium car makers.
Electronics design is completed in house, with projects ranging from basic LED PCB’s to advanced lighting control ECU’s. Our HW and SW engineering team can help with solutions for all aspects of power supply design, digital function control, animation, diagnostics and thermal management.
Our moulding plant includes a wide range of presses up to Engel 1500t 3k, suitable for the largest outer lenses and bezels. Presses are dedicated by material to ensure optical quality, supported with robot handling, laser de-gating and material control systems.
A range of advanced manufacturing technologies are available to suit lifetime volumes anywhere between 100 and 100,000 vehicles. Our production experience includes using 3-D printing, Carbon, CNC and Rapid tooling systems.
Extensive design, development and test facilities combined with state of the art, clean-room manufacturing allow us to offer complete service and deliver products to the quality levels required by the most discerning of customers.
With many of our headlamps featured on supercars capable of speeds well above 200mph it is no surprise that the performance of Wipac forward lighting systems has to be world leading.
Customers include Audi, Aston Martin, Bentley, Bugatti, Lamborghini, McLaren, Rolls Royce and Ferrari.
Since 2019, Wipac is a wholly owned subsidiary of China’s Wuhu Anrui Optoelectronics Co. Ltd. Anrui is a leading automotive lighting manufacturer in China and together we are building an exciting global business.
