Founded in 1991, PMC Lighting is a family owned and operated manufacturer of quality lighting fixtures. Located in Warwick, Rhode Island, PMC is centrally located on the eastern sea-board, nestled between New York City and Boston. This affords our company the opportunity to capitalize on technological advancements as well as superior design and engineering influences from this area while maintaining our small town work ethic, experience and pride.

Over these 20 years, we have made significant improvements in all facets of our business. Our factory utilizes state of the art progressive tooling, engineering expertise, computer software and skilled technicians. By making these investments in equipment and people, we can be innovative and responsive to the changing needs of our customers. PMC Lighting is proud to offer lighting embedded with BIOS® SkyBlue® circadian solutions to produce the healthy “blue sky” light signal needed to stimulate human circadian biology. This specific light wavelength communicates directly with human biology through a non-visual photoreceptor to regulate circadian rhythms, providing healthier sleep patterns and ultimately, better health.

Combining tunable lighting solutions with a wide variety of control methods that are particularly suited to the application yields a wide range of product solutions from PMC Lighting that can address your tunable lighting needs. From linear to downlights, from curved to troffers, PMC Lighting has the fixture and light sources to address both your tunable and design needs. With custom design and manufacturing capabilities even the most demanding applications are generally within our reach.

With the cost of treating illnesses caused by bacterial or viral infections on the rise, reducing the growth of germs that cause them has become a top priority. It’s clear that our current procedures, including the intermittent use of chemical sprays and wipes, aren’t enough. We need additional tools. And that’s where the continuous antimicrobial power of our pūr-led™ line with Vyv (formally Vital Vio) can be put to work. Vyv’s antimicrobial technology emits a spectrum of light that damages multiple cell structures within microorganisms.

More than a slogan, we are a true US producing manufacturer. We use local vendors for the vast majority of our components and purchase our raw materials, aluminum and steel, from domestic suppliers. All of our designs are engineered, fabricated, assembled, packaged and shipped from North America.
