The Fresnel Small's integrated lens is the key to its ability to direct light with precision, making it a fundamental addition for creators seeking to produce striking, artistic images. True to Profoto's DNA of superior design and performance, the Fresnel Small is engineered with top-tier components, projecting a clean and crisp light quality that's consistent with both flat front lights and protruded head units. Built to last, the Fresnel Small features a vented housing to dissipate heat and robust engineering to endure the test of time.

This medium-sized Fresnel lens soaks your scenes in cinematic light that mimics the sun. The Fresnel Small gives you a crisp, clean light beam and with the built-in adjustable iris, you can control the light with accuracy and precision. Adjust the iris to achieve balanced light over distances or sharp contrasts, and trust that dramatic effects will follow. In addition, the vented housing and robust engineering make Fresnel Small stand the test of time.

The Fresnel Small is compatible with both flat and protruded flash heads. For the B10-series lights, we recommend using it with a stand adapter (100760, bought separately) for stability.

The L1600D also comes with a new take on the old-staple yoke, a patent-pending swivel functionality, which adds even more freedom of movement when setting the lights.

The Pro-D3 introduces three distinct flash modes to ensure unmatched lifetime economy as well as providing options for specific use cases. In default ECO mode, flash parameters are optimized for color consistency and maximized equipment lifetime. The Pro-D3 also features an extremely power efficient LED-modeling light. It shines brighter than a 400-Watt halogen lamp with only 15% of the power consumption. Last but not least, the modeling light has a fixed daylight balanced color temperature and light spread like the flash, so it gives a good representation of the light in the final shot.
