I recently purchased a Nicor LSL Select 8' LED strip, wired it up with the black , white and green and it wont turn on. The "connect wiring as shown" in the directions says "grey and pink wire is for 0-10v dimming systems. Cap off if not used" I didn't cap anything off and i'm wondering if this is the problem.

I simply pulled the black, white & green wires from inside the housing through the pre-punched terminal in the top/back of the housing and wired them up to the corresponding wires from my power supply.

Does anyone know if not capping off the grey & pink wires is my issue?

Yeah, not capping off the gray and pink wires could definitely be the issue. Those wires are for dimming, so if they’re left uncapped, they might be causing the light not to work properly. Try capping them off and see if that fixes it.
